Facing Changes and Transforming Situations

Hellorch everyone, I hope this article suits you well. After going into certain situations where I questioned many of my decisions, I was able to transform, and this article is about that transformation. As you know, and I always say, there will be positive and negative days. The most important aspect is how we react to every situation.

Many things have changed in my life, personally, professionally, emotionally, spiritually, you name it. Therefore I have to adjust to all of those changes in a way that could benefit my life plans and goals. I will share with you what I do and how I approach those changes. Let’s transform our lives for the better.

Enjoy it!!!

First, the most important thing is to know who we are. To accomplish this, one must spend time alone. This is a very intense act and a changeful one. Most of the time, being alone implies going against society and the norms or even against our own beliefs. But it is necessary to learn how to listen to our voice without the influence of outside sources. It is hard to accept when we are wrong. I am still waiting for some apologies, but that is another topic. One must learn to recognize our values and live in unity with them. Explore your thoughts, the negative and the positive ones, because that makes you who you are.

Once you get to that “Alone Zone” where only you matter or where you feel that life does not have any meaning for you, that is when you start the transformation. It is not the end; it is another opportunity to kill your old self and embrace your true potential. Think about what you want out of life. How do you want people to treat you, how do you want to be seen, or what makes you happy? Think about the perfect life that you could ever imagine. Once you have that picture in mind, write it somewhere, on a vision board, in your diary, you name it. But once you have a clear picture of what your life is supposed to be, hold on to that thought and take the necessary actions to make it a reality.

You would realize that certain things, situations, and people are holding you back. Therefore, at this point, you need to remove negative influences from your life. Whatever your job, your group of friends, or even your family, whatever it is negatively contributing to your life must go. Period. I will not lie; it hurts when you liberate yourself from people you thought you loved. Think about the life you want, the life of your dreams, and everything will be worth the sacrifices. People and things come and go, just like money. You are the only permanent and consistent thing in your life.

Moving forwards, it is time to explore and identify your passion. Please do not follow the belief that your passion should not feel like work because it is not valid. My passion is mental health. Helping people find ways to live a good life and trying to understand their worries, trauma, and the difficulties in life that they overcome that made them who they are. Let me tell you that my passion is feeling the pain of others, knowing that they are not mine but being able to help people transform their pain into something beautiful. Do not tell me that I will feel like I am not working by following my passion because I will instantly cut you out of my life. I found my passion because I needed someone like me when I was going through a hard time. Who do you need?

Another important aspect of transforming is speaking your mind up. If something bothers you, do not hold onto the thought that it will consume you in the long run. Express yourself most respectfully. People may take it bad or good, but that means they have to work on themself as well. But please embrace your authority in life and stop being a people pleaser. I was a people pleaser for a long time and what I got out of it was experiences. I usually do not complain about things because I let people be who they are, but when something bothers me, I say it without minding the consequences. We all need to understand that not everyone does the work to better themselves, and we must be selective of the things we can tolerate because we are constantly working on our imperfections in our traumas. Burn bridges if you have to; you can also create new ones.

Last but not least, you have to believe that there is a thing called intuition, and most of the time, it gives us the response to all of our questions. Connect with your spirit, your essence, your vibration. A little bit of spiritualism does not hurt anyone. By the way, it is full moon time. And this week, you have the opportunity to talk with the moon, ask questions, look for answers, and even wish for whatever you want. But remember, you have to put the work into it; MOTION.

By the way, I am grateful for all I have and how I am transforming myself.

With Love,
Our Garden
